“Los Hacedores Son Ganadores”

II Pedro 1:10

“The Doers Are The Winners”

II Peter 1:10

By Senior Pastor Reverend Mike A. Mendoza, ThD

Translated by Mary Gladys Mendoza

There is no reason to be frustrated, insecure or irritable.  If things are not going well, let us not place the blame on everyone else.  The knowledge that God will provide for all our needs was a given from the first time we met Christ.  Therefore, the potential to win is within us as verse 3 of II Peter states, “According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:”

We sometimes act like children and we do not want to spend what we have, rather we prefer that someone else do for us.  But it is true that God wants each of us to become doers if we are to be winners – everyone needs to do their part otherwise we will fall short in all we do.  The things referred to by the Word are the good beginnings that we now as believers in Christ we have been receiving every time we come to church and that we constantly strive to not only receive but live out.

Let us be abundant, continually adding to our Faith, all that contributes to our Spiritual growth will also make us firm and steadfast, established in the church, we will not falter ever again.  We therefore, will not only give Glory to God as Winners but at the same time we will set a good example to the church and the world.

What You Do Today Will Affect Tomorrow

Pastor Mary M. Mendoza, ThD.

Translated by Mary Gladys Mendoza

What is in store for you tomorrow?  Blessings, Problems, good times, bad times, victory or defeat, what will come? What will happen?

Alot of people say tomorrow is not important, I live for the present, what they do not realize is that what comes tomorrow was the result of today's preparation.

For example, if I am going to travel on Saturday and today is Thursday, I prepare for Saturday's travel today, Thursday.

If I wait until Saturday, perhaps the bus will leave me, or the airplane will depart because I would have arrived late, or the train will have left and I will only be hearing it's whistle blow at a distance.

Lo Que Hagas Hoy Afectara Tu Manana

Pastora Mary M. Mendoza, ThD.
